Key features include user registration and -management, responsive design, multi-tenancy, course management, training documentation, and a customizable employee area.
skillsforwork allows you to view, edit and add employee data, create and manage groups, assign training and appointments, and document training and evidence. Administrators have access to a helpful dashboard with relevant key figures.
Administrators can manually add employees or upload a CSV or Excel file. The added employees will receive a registration-mail, with which they can be unlocked.
skillsforwork allows employees to work without e-mail-address. Administrators can generate a code that allows employees to sign in. This ensures that all employees have access to the platform, regardless of whether they have an address or not.
skillsforwork offers comprehensive documentation options. In the case of face-to-face training, participant lists can be uploaded.
